Products can only be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of placing his/her order, provided that such delivery address is located in a Serviced Country as defined in the Terms of Sale.
To that end, the customer undertakes to have communicated an exact delivery address to the Company and a valid contact name and phone number at the delivery site.
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
The Product(s) ordered will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the website and in the confirmation email.
The Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
